Nimble Fox Marketing Lead Alerts

Nimble Fox Marketing Lead Alerts is an optional messaging program operated by Nimble Fox Marketing for participating lighting-company contacts. It provides automated notifications about homeowner quote inquiries for the recipient's business.

Enrollment

Enroll using the instructions at lightsatx.com/lead-alerts. You must provide your own explicit consent and be authorized to use the mobile number you enroll. Consent is not a condition of purchasing our services. Enrollment is reviewed manually; submitting a request does not guarantee immediate activation.

Messages and costs

Alerts may include the homeowner's name, callback number, ZIP code, and requested lighting package. Message frequency varies with incoming inquiries. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider about those charges.

Opting out

Reply STOP to an alert to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. You can also ask us to remove your number by emailing john@nimblefoxmarketing.com. Notify us if you give up or change your mobile number.

Availability

Messaging depends on provider availability, carrier registration, and the recipient's mobile network. Delivery may be delayed or fail. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is a supplemental alert channel; use your agreed lead tracker or email inbox to review inquiries.
